A founding member of JuJuBee, Dr. Jude is a cultural transformation thought leader, author, and strategist with over several decades of experience in business ethics, leadership, and behavioral science. Frustrated by the slow progress in diversity and inclusion, she built JuJuBee to drive real impact through prosocial learning. With a background in psychology and business, she has worked globally as a speaker, professor, and advisor, shaping ethical leadership and organizational change.
Rollin Rachele
Co-Founder & Creative Director at Abundant Sun
Rollin blends art, performance, and innovation to make learning immersive and experiential. A specialist in vocal expression and creative development, he helps individuals and teams unlock confidence, reduce stress, and spark creativity. His global experience in teaching and performing shapes JuJuBee’s unique approach to interactive learning and leadership development.
