Jude Smith Rachele, PhD
Co-Founder & CEO at Abundant Sun
A founding member of JuJuBee, Dr. Jude is a cultural transformation thought leader, author, and strategist with over several decades of experience in business ethics, leadership, and behavioral science. Frustrated by the slow progress in diversity and inclusion, she built JuJuBee to drive real impact through prosocial learning. With a background in psychology and business, she has worked globally as a speaker, professor, and advisor, shaping ethical leadership and organizational change. She holds a BA in Psychology and a PhD in Business.
Rollin Rachele
Co-Founder & Creative Director at Abundant Sun
Rollin blends art, performance, and innovation to make learning immersive and experiential. A specialist in vocal expression and creative development, he helps individuals and teams unlock confidence, reduce stress, and spark creativity. His global experience in teaching and performing shapes JuJuBee’s unique approach to interactive learning and leadership development.
Louis Bademosi
Co-Founder & Director of Digital at JuJuBee
Louis is a brand strategist and digital architect passionate about creating ethical, purpose-driven brands. With expertise in digital design, media production, and community engagement, he ensures JuJuBee’s online experience is seamless, engaging, and mission-aligned. His work transforms digital platforms into dynamic learning spaces that foster growth and connection. He is JuJuBee’s prosocial AI specialist.
Bec Sterling
Co-Founder & Digital Learning Lead at JuJuBee
Becki is a learning strategist and digital innovator, shaping JuJuBee’s interactive and engaging learning experience. With a background in leadership development and talent management, she challenges conventional methods to create immersive, high-impact digital learning solutions. Passionate about inclusion and behavioral science, she ensures learning is dynamic, accessible, and results driven. She has worked for numerous global organizations. Currently she is Head of Transformation Effectiveness for a major UK private sector company.
Micco Rachele
Co-Founder & Head of Business Strategy at JuJuBee
Micco is a business strategist and researcher passionate about helping organizations navigate cultural transformation, market dynamics, and sustainable growth. With expertise in cultural integration, mergers and acquisitions, and political analysis, he examines businesses within their broader social, political, and economic landscapes to drive informed, strategic decision-making. He drives JuJuBee’s commercial strategy, enterprise growth and legal and ethical compliance. He holds a BSc in Politics and International Business and a Master of Law (LLM).
