Back in May 2024…..note the year…..2024….. Rodney Patterson, Peter Trevor Wilson and Dr. Jude Smith Rachele headed into a Chicago recording studio to take part in an episode of “Discourse Beyond Division”, hosted by Rodney, The Learner’s Group’s CEO.
The three come to this conversation with a mass of international perspective, as authors in their own professional right. Dr. Jude have authored “Dismantling Diversity Management: Introducing an ethical performance improvement campaign (2017)”. Rodney has authored “Trumping the Race Card (2015)” and Peter Trevor has authored “The Human Equity Advantage (2013)”. For decades, in isolation from one another, the three have been listening, watching, analyzing and doing our best to help clients and their staff. Now, they’ve found each other and come together!
