Through the Legacy Leaders Guide, Patricia facilitates time-bound cohort experiences where business leaders gather with peers facing this same challenge. Her five-week program transforms professional planning expertise into personal legacy clarity — covering healthcare proxy decisions, values-based family conversations, essential information organization, and living legacy now.
 
As a Certified End-of-Life Doula based in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom and serving clients globally, Patricia brings four decades of internationally recognized group facilitation expertise to end-of-life work. She discovered that capable leaders don’t need more estate planning information — they need permission to be uncertain, accountability to start difficult conversations, and proof that other competent people struggle with this too.
 
Patricia hosts “In Conversation with an End-of-Life Specialist” podcast, publishes “The Threshold” LinkedIn newsletter, and serves on nonprofit boards including NetZero VT (Chair) and Vermont Humanities Council (Treasurer). She provides volunteer development advisory support for Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom’s first hospice facility capital campaign.
