This course explores:
- A mindset that helps you feel unencumbered by difficulties, enables you to flourish and helps you to enrich the lives of others
- A close look at the various cultures that have been designated ‘Blue Zone’ cultures, what makes them special and how you might integrate some of their buidling blocks into your life, the cultures (at home, at work or in the community) of which you’re a part
- Defines and makes sure you are clearly aware of the areas in your life that you need to examine to make sure you’re experiencing life fully
- 6 core virtues and 24 virtues and values that anchor you and help you stay focused on who you are, your purpose and your mission
You as a whole human being, your responsibility to yourself for your own happiness and wellbeing and your connection with others who support you.
